If you can have the kids think of something positive the brain will shift to positive imaginations and leave behind everything that can trigger panic. It is good to let the class focus on positive things and write something they are proud of every day. They can keep that book to be recording one thing each day.

It is important to hear of different things that will take away the focus on problems or pressure. When you share the information with the entire class, all the learners will be keen other than calling the ones with a challenge to talk to them aside. That way they will not listen to you as they already have a negative attitude.

Tests and performance are the most significant sources of restlessness. That means if you let older students get the college accommodation you can help them overcome the fear.
